No. The bikes are set up for couriers, but anyone can rent one — for work, university or everyday riding around the city.
No. Our e-bikes have a 250 W motor and assist up to 25 km/h, so legally they are bicycles — no registration, insurance or licence needed.
Service and repairs are included. Message us and you’ll get a replacement bike within 24 hours so you don’t lose a shift.
Depending on the model, load and hills, realistically 50–150 km per battery. VOLTA Max comes with two batteries; for Start and Cargo a second one is +€25/mo.
Yes. If you work through your own business or an aggregator, we issue an R1 invoice so you can book the rental as a business expense.
Only e-bikes up to 250 W and 25 km/h can be ridden as regular bicycles, with no registration, insurance or licence. 1000 W bikes are legally mopeds, and riding them unregistered means fines and a risk that insurance won’t cover an accident.
Weekly rentals are paid weekly in advance, monthly rentals monthly in advance. Cash, card or bank transfer. The deposit is returned when you return the bike.
Yes. Weekly rentals with 7 days’ notice, monthly rentals before the next month starts. No long-term commitment.
Always use the included lock. With theft protection (+€8/mo) your cost is limited to an excess — details are in the contract.
For rentals longer than 12 months we offer a buy-out option. Ask us for a quote.
